We have an array of student support services. Our goal is to guide you throughout the course to ensure you are successful in achieving your goal to graduate. We strive to model the Metavision principles of recognising each student's individual process and circumstances, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. The Metavision model emphasises treating each other with compassion and kindness, which we aim to emulate in all circumstances.

The Metavision Institute aims to provide useful and comprehensive information and support to you during your course. You are invited to contact your student liaison, module educators, Course Coordinators, and the Metavision Office Team if you are experiencing any particular study difficulties or language barriers, etc.

We encourage students to seek counselling at the beginning of their study journey. This ensures that you have adequate support while studying subjects of a personal nature. Counselling is not only recommended before starting your studies but is also compulsory during your time with us. This is an important part of your Metavision journey, as the course is emotional in nature and requires ongoing support throughout.

It is important to keep in regular contact with your study buddy for extra peer support that is also helpful in your learning journey. Engaging in dialogue with your study peers not only deepens your understanding of the course material but also fosters a supportive environment and a sense of community. This connection can be invaluable as you navigate the challenges and emotions that often accompany your studies. For personal issues, and issues arising due to the emotionally demanding nature of the course, you are required to contact student liaison/support or/and your own counsellor if needed.

The intensives you attend are staffed with qualified educators and support personnel who are readily available to assist you as needed. These professionals are there to guide you through the learning process and provide immediate support during the sessions. However, there may be times when we recommend that you consult with your own counsellor for additional support. We strongly encourage you to have your personal counsellor and support personnel on standby, even if it's just to inform them that you are attending an intensive and might require their support. This proactive approach ensures that you have a robust network ready to assist you, enhancing your ability to engage fully with the intensive experience.

Anyone experiencing learning or other difficulties will be directed to appropriate sources of help and support. Provision is made for language, literacy, and numeracy assessment where appropriate. A minimum level (TESOL level 6.5) of competency in English is a prerequisite to entering any Metavision course.
